Anybody else get the imnpression that this will turn into a plain old heavy rainstorm?

Except for the the Outter Banks of NC and maybe Cape May NJ, I'm thinking hurricane force winds won't happen.

Agree. It looks like it's weakening and circulation less defined off MD coast right now.

Figure alot of rain and wind in NYC - Maybe gusts of 70 MPH.

Hurricane disaster ? Doubtful.

Fairly strong tropical storm or nasty Nor'easter probably.
