Rockabyebaby is right.
Kelsie,
Must be nice not having to deal with power outages, property damage, road washouts and flooding.
While it ain’t the end of the world for most of us, it has already been the end of the world for at least a few who won’t be down for breakfast today. Not to mention those who’ve had property damaged or destroyed and who won’t have water or lights today .
So Kelsie, stay comfortable in your nice little bubble. When and if you get hit with tragedy, we’ll be here to lend a helping hand and a soft shoulder. But we’ll know better than to count on the likes of you for the same.
If someone would overlay single incidents of thunderstorms this past year with Irene's track, I think it safe to say more death and destruction was created by the thunderstorms.
WOW turn up the drama, you don’t have it on quite heavy enough
Normal circumstances through spring, summer and fall here in mid-Michigan, with our frequent thunderstorms and occasional tornadoes. Damage is much worse on our sunset coast, which gets pounded on a very regular basis.
We don't even make the in-state news, much less national, even when multiple deaths are involved.
