Obama’s ineligibility: Prepare to defend America – Obama’s race war begins

The Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) is out there again in full race-baiting mode.

Having failed to drum up support for Barack Obama in the form of racial hatred by playing the victim card in the infamous Tea Party “N-Word” incident that didn’t happen, the CBC is now promoting racial violence against the Tea Party.

Members of the CBC are traveling the country inciting racist hatred, telling audiences that the Tea Party “wants to lynch blacks.”

The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

The text of the Act is broad and is addressed at any attempt of a US citizen to conduct foreign relations without authority. However, there is no record of any convictions or even prosecutions under the Logan Act.[1][2] However, one possible exception may be the Clinton White House which was fined $300,000.

Then Senator Barack Obama directly interfered with the politics of Kenya in a way that usurped US foreign policy.

This is the hope and change that Obama promises to America: racial/ethnic balkanisation, demographic warfare, and violence, just like Kenya.

Below; Obama works his neocolonial magic on supporters of Odinga and the Orange Party in Kenya in 2006.

Text of the Logan Act

§ 953. Private correspondence with foreign governments.
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply himself, or his agent, to any foreign government, or the agents thereof, for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

1 Stat. 613, January 30, 1799, codified at 18 U.S.C. § 953 (2004).

Yelling that the Tea Party wants to lynch blacks may be a call to arms for Obama's black supporters but it is also a loud and clear message to those who oppose him.

Even some white liberals I know are frightened by the race baiting and fear mongering...and not because they are afraid of the Tea Party.

In the final analysis, if it's war Obama wants (and it sure seems to be), it's war he'll get.

I have often wondered how it would fly if a candidate stated explicitly that they would aggressively pursue criminal charges against Obama that could earn him a lifetime in prison.

“the CBC is now promoting racial violence against the Tea Party.”

Well, isn’t that interesting. The Marxist Mau-Maus on the far left side of the Bell Curve are shaking the bushes.

...The problem is the "some or all" factor. To pre-judge or stereotype all is irrational paranoia. My wife and step-son are hardened liberals, as is her family and most voted for BHO. I'm not in fear that they would lynch me if BHO loses because I did not...

...But, all yall watch YOUR back because some of those negros are crazy...

Proves the old adage wrong...one can shout "fire" in a crowded theatre...provided the shouter is a Negro.

"I have often wondered how it would fly if a candidate stated explicitly that they would aggressively pursue criminal charges against Obama that could earn him a lifetime in prison."

Sort of a Perot person and that the GOP/Tea Party could happily disown them. However, just like Trump's efforts, the subject matter would be injected into every conversation with a Presidential candidate. Some very interesting facts would have to be discussed by the MSM, who of course, would try and diminish their importance 'birther style.' The swiftboaters won their dispute with Kerry; the birthers have not yet lost their dispute with Obozo. (Hat tip to the Russian Lawyer Dentist Lady)

“...because some of those negros are crazy...”

To wit, check out Louis Theroux’s documentaries on YouTube (Dade County Jail and Johanasburg, S.A.). Very scary stuff.

It seems like they’re itching to declare martial law and seize firearms from the general populace.

The commies have reached “saturation” with the political process - they can use it no longer to further their goals. The next step must be violent.

In all fairness, there are over twenty members of the Congressional Black Caucus, and I'm aware of only four specific members who have recently uttered outrageous racist insinuations concerning the Tea Party. Although the CBC may have some tacit agreement within their ranks to pursue such a strategy, it's important to single out each member engaging in such activity by name and to quote him or her directly when counteracting their inflammatory rhetoric, and not merely paint the entire CBC with the same broad brush.

What gives those black members who engage in such outrageous attacks on the Tea Party the gall to do it is that they think that there is no political price to pay in their mostly predominantly black districts. It's up to their sensible constituents to gather the courage to let their congressman know that this kind of ploy is foolish and counterproductive.

Anglo Saxons are a patient lot but when sufficiently provoked are vicious, relentless, and highly intelligent fighters.

They are noted to start slowly but also known to finish the job and a little more to make sure!

I've posted something like this elsewhere, but still apropos. Years ago GGordon was interviewing an FBI agent on his radio show, talking about the odds they would face in repressing a homegrown rebellion. The number of guns in private hands, the number of hunters, many being crack shots, the number of gun enthusiasts (not large but large enough), ex vets with excellent skills. It was GGordon’s opinion that it would be a suicide mission and that the Leos ought to keep the Ruby Ridges in perspective.

There will be no gun confiscation. It can't happen. I am not a gun “nut”, I own what I do for hunting and little recreation. My sons the same. My wife the same. No one will touch any of our guns without dying trying to do so.

There are millions of Americans like us. Touching our guns is crossing a line you do only if you want to commit suicide. The cops know this and ain't going to want to die.

Whatever doo doo hits the fan, and I agree that it is going to hit the fan, gun confiscation won't get off the starting line.

FYI, Rush Limbaugh led off his radio show today with a tape of Cong. Andre Carson (D-IN)'s speech in which he claimed that the Tea Party was in favor of bringing back Jim Crow and wanted to see blacks hanging from trees. Rush then coyly asked if Carson was aware that the lynchings in the old South were perpetrated by Democrats.

They want “whitey” to fight back so that they, the government, can step in and “protect the minorities” with their jackboots,

This is their gross miscalculation. This would work on almost all populations but the legally armed ones. There're two populations I could think of; the American and Swiss populations.

Free people should know better than giving up to a minority that calls itself "African" in spite of its individuals and leaders' birth in the USA.

Allegiance to their skin color is alienating them more and more from the rest of the population and wiping out 50 years of improvement in race relations. They're becoming increasingly foreign to American ideals and values.

There are no Flash Mobs lynching Blacks. However.......

**********

However ... if there were ... Obummer could use that as justification to shut down the Internet BEFORE launching his grand crackdown on conservatism. Not good. Do you have 20 friends that you meet regularly face-to-face (at the pistol range would be perfect) to organize some resistance? Or is the Internet your primary means of communication with your fellow travelers?

No, I think we're pissing him off plenty with our incredible patience. Millions of armed and furious Americans and not a single shot fired? Pretty good self-control, I'd say!

But patience has its limits and it will run out. That day will NOT be nice or pretty ... but neither were Lexington and Concord.

Gee, could our patience finally expire on Sept. 7 with that "U.S. Day of Rage" malarkey? Do I smell gunsmoke in the air!
