That is not the point. Except for the network televising the game, all the other networks and cable channels will be televising it. And depending on how long it is, it wouldn’t surprise me if the speech is showed at half time. This is all propaganda and the Reps are assisting him. It makes no sense. It would be the least-watched joint sesson of Congress in history. It probably will be even if it’s on the 7th, because people are simply sicks of this moron Obama’s words, but the entire idea was to suck the wind out of Rick Perry’s national debut in the GOP debates.

That is a BLOWOUT rating in today’s environment. That’s something like 30 million pairs of eyeballs.
Against that, Obama will be LUCKY to draw 5 million, on ALL networks.
