Please provide a link that this would be a chain-link fence.
Enforcing those provisions will cost a LOT more than a fence. Further, the process for distinguishing illegals will make life more difficult for Americans. Finally, there is an incredibly effective means already available: A bounty system, with heavy penalties for false arrest. Between a fence and a bounty system, illegals would be gone within two years. Oh, and while we are at it, have the military promise to shoot any plane, boat or vehicle crossing the border without authorization.
I'm damned tired of using illegal drugs to allow the Fed to keep printing cash.
