REFERENCE Right on the heels of King Obama enacting the Dream Act through administrative fiat, Obama's hand-picked Marxist Labor Secy Hilda Solis, signed "partnership" agreements with Latin American nations to protect .....what she described..... as the labor "rights" of legal and illegal migrants working in the US.
The US now has Solis' self-made "partnership agreements" with the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua and Guatemala.
Thanks to Solis' illegal meddling, the Immigration and Nationality Act bypasses Congress, and the Labor Dept itself which says the INA only protects "U.S. citizens and aliens authorized to accept employment in the US from discrimination in hiring or discharge."

Earlier news reports say Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru are conspiring to collude with The Anti-Defamation League, The American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center and several other civil and immigrant rights groups to infringe on US sovereignty to make our laws as we see fit. The co-conspirators filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Georgia's alien crackdown law..... and and successfully got a US judge to halt the measure pending the outcome of their case.
