I agree. But the people who are saying this silly “context” thing (and there is NOTHING about the context that makes these words acceptable) are generally the ones I’d expect to be doing so.

Was that a dig at me? What kind of people are you referring to, exactly? Be careful not to cast aspersions on people who are merely asking for honesty in reporting (no matter where it comes from).
I brought up the fact that the video I watched from FOX news was an excellent editing job, and I honestly could not tell that it had been edited (AT ALL) the first time I watched it. I’m sick of the media making me look like a fool when I come out swinging hard, and then have it shoved in MY face that things were left out...
AGAIN, I hold no illusion as to what Hoffa, Jr. MEANT when he said, “Take those sons of bitches out”. How could ANYONE misinterpret that given the union’s history, AND the history in Hoffa’s family itself? I don’t see how alerting people to the fact that the FOX produced video I watched was edited, vs. the non-edited version put out by ABC, is working against us... If I’m wrong, then please explain this to me. If I’m this pissed about being (slightly) misled how will it be viewed by the left?
AGAIN, Hoffa meant what he said when he referred to this as a war, and being in WI means I’m already on the “front lines”. I’m doing what I can personally to fight against these folks. How is that working AGAINST fellow Conservatives?
