FYI..thought perhaps you’d enjoy this..something I wanted to write..
One hundred proof Citizen Journalism. Very well done.
Loved her, him, not so much.
Thanks for taking the time to share this with the rest of us.
RIP bko
I am pinging our other Florida Freeper friends as I know they will not want to miss this heartwarming thread you wrote in remembrance of Barbara.
Wow.. I received Barbara’s book “Hell To Pay” as a gift not long after 9-11.. I did not know she was a FReeper..Thank you for sharing the bittersweet story of your friendship.. It is truly touching.. I wish you the best of luck in your new life! :)
Rest in Peace, Barbara.
Barbara Olson was the “face” for me of all that was happening on 9/11...I could finally let go and cry for all.
I had loved her on TV and read “Hell To Pay”.
Thank you for sharing your story, Ken..Beautifully told.
I miss her.
Another fascinating piece, my FRiend.

Thank-you for sharing that.I hadn’t discovered FR until after 9/11 but loved Barbara Olson when I saw her on TV.I’m sorry you lost your friend and the world lost her.
Thanks - excellent piece. I used to read your reports. I guess I’m dating both of us!
Thanks for sharing, ken5050. You have a fond memory of a nice lady.
I have both of her books. As you know, ‘Final Days’ was published after her death. She was an extraordinary woman....brilliant, beautiful, witty and dedicated to truth.
We both joined FR about the same time...and like you, I also attended the March for Justice. I think the Freepers were the ‘Tea Party’ of the Clinton era.
FRegards, Julie
PS: I hope you like your new location.
I’m still in shock over BHO’s brutal murder.
Ken, thank you so much for this. I think about Barbara often........the years have not taken away the sense of loss for this wonderful lady. RIP bko......;(
What an amazing timeline of events! You were very lucky to be at the right place at the right time in our history.
Thank You very much for posting this and I, like you, miss Barbara Olsen very much...even to this day!
God bless you.
