Are there many people left in the ELCA? Could you say of hand how many people have left—10%, 20%, 30%? What have you done since you left your church?
Some of them joined other Lutheran denominations. Others joined various denominations-- Catholics, Mormons, you name it. To a person, all of them are happier since they left.
I've church hopped myself, mostly at the invitation of these friends, sometimes on my own. Anytime I hear some horse's arse rave about this or that brand being a cult, I figure the brand they are raving most loudly about is probably on the right track because I was in a corrupt libtard cult which spent a great deal of time raving about others being a cult.
I think I can recognize a cult better than any of them. The first sign that a church is turning into a cult is when they start substituting the libtard philosophies of man for the doctrines of Jesus Christ. Sort of like these "activists" are doing in New Mexico.
You want to help the people of Mexico? Fine. Go down there and build churches. Help villages dig wells. Send your missionaries to preach whatever brand of Christianity most inspires you. But don't expect your neighbors and fellow citizens to pick up the tab for those who sneaked in just so you can get your lawn mowed for cheap or fill your pews.
If you want to help those already here, help them get legalized and understand what it means to be an American. Or volunteer to tutor them in English. In other words, use your own time and money. Don't steal it from your fellow citizens. That's what these PC cult churches are doing.
