Sorry to be un-PC, but it’s a pretty good bet that an Arab-type is going to be Moslem, and a white or oriental is not.

98% of Muslims are non-White. The largest majority being Arab and Central Asian. Those are pretty good odds.
As for the Arab-Christians, sorry about their bad luck. They don't have to be here if they don't like it.
We don’t need metaphysical certitude. Because a handful of whites go native doesn’t make the real world go away.
Most people have a good sense of what’s suspicious, but have been politically corrected to suppress their common sense.
If muslims want to live amongst us without suspicion, they must repudiate all the islamic superiority and infidels-must-die doctrines, and they must police themselves openly. That is never going to happen, so they must be excluded from our society if we are to avoid dhimmitude.
