It was wonderful listening to a man more concerned with comforting the bereaved, and honoring the ones who gave their lives to save us, and to stoke his own ego. He did it in an elegant and eloquent way. The only “I” I heard was when he referred to the former First Lady and himself as “Laura and I...”.
What a blessing he was and he is.
May God always smile on him.
Correction: That should be “THAN to stroke his own ego.” Time for bed. :-(
