“Santorum had it right, why wasn’t it an ‘opt in’ instead? “

Opt in wouldn’t make it a covered vaccine.
Opt out made it a required coverage vaccine.

As far as I’m concerned, the parents who are moral and are teaching morals probably opted out - exactly the girls who are chaste.
Those raising immoral kids probably didn’t opt out. May be a good thing...

the state taxpayers who voted for the representatives who decided to let children of illegals have in-state tuition?

I oppose giving children of illegals in-state tuition; I’m glad my state doesn’t. I could see writing a strict rule that might allow it, if the kids had been here forever, and were clearly integrated into our society. But generally no. But if Texas citizens, living in a border state, think the best thing for their state is to use their tax dollars to give in-state tuition to those children, that’s why it’s great that we have states who can each try their own thing.

So you’d rather not hear that cutting military spending is a major solution to our financial problems, according to Ron Paul.

Republicans would rather hear of other types of cuts, of cuts in things they don’t like, which is almost everything but the military.

They clapped for cutting Education and Energy. A lot of his supporters want him to talk about cutting the military all the time it seems. Ron Paul does want to cut the Fed Gov down to almost nothing, and most Republicans agree with a lot of those major cuts, but they don’t want to hear that military cuts are the magic financial bullet.

Whew! We finally, FINALLY saw the real crazy Ron Paul...and Huntsman right behind him!

Ron Paul is disgusting. A completely loon.

Huntsman's answer was unimpressive, unfortunately Perry's wasn't much better and I expected a bit more from him on this issue.

Yes. There is a great way to get them to self deport.

1. Create a guest worker program.

2. At the same time, fine every employer $2000 per day per illegal. Every employer from the housewife to the McDonalds to the farm to the factory. Hire enough state workers to enforce this. It wouldn’t have to be for many months. Start fining people and problem solved.

You may enjoy having your child be a human pin cushion for a vaccine that had only been on the market for less than a year and let Perry do your thinking for you.

I prefer to protect my child

Gov Perry is having some serious rhetoric thrown his way tonight.

So far, Perry has taken the heat and is still standing tall.

Romney, Huntsman and Paul need to take a hike.

Oh?

Number of illegal immigrants getting in-state tuition for Texas colleges rises

Among the choice parts:

Most of the immigrants among those students are illegal, and some others are not legal permanent residents or U.S. citizens.

The students may qualify for state aid. They also may qualify for institutional aid from specific universities and colleges.

How has Ron Paul existed in politics for so long?

In spite of complaining about how much the government spends, he brings home the bacon.

Newt is always a great debater and I like him a lot. Trust, hmmm not much different than any of them except, perhaps, Cain. Cain is my man. When it comes to trust I think he is the only one that I feel we can trust the majority of the time.

Thankfully, Huntsman seems unpopular enough to get crushed early on in the primaries and will have no delegates/supporters to deliver to the eventual nominee.

I admire her spunk in taking on Perry. Perry could have come back just as forcefully instead of fumbling around, looking vaguely embarrassed. I don’t think any of these candidates should be anointed. I like the rough and tumble.

That being said, I wish they would go after Obama in every single question.

States, counties and townships are stuck with those policies.

Wow the Republic is dead. Thanks President Lincoln, how's the weather in hell? Even "conservatives" have given up on states rights......
