The Big Med propaganda ministery.

Rise above it; the real facts are there for those that seek them.

I agree we need to vet our candidates. But that wasn’t really the point of my post.

Because it has been the way of politics as usual as long as I can remember.

I’ll tell you this, given the players this time, it’s a great issue to run upon if you have a record which says you haven’t played the same game.

Crimminny. You think one official Merck donation was the only movement of drug company marketing funds and support into Camp Perry?

I agree. Bachmann totally blew herself out of the water with that response AFTER the debate.

[So more will come in and say “well, if we can sneak in and stick around for 3 years we get the benefits”.]

Only if you graduated from a high school in TX. You have to have graduated from a TX high school, been a resident for 3 years, and be working toward citizenship to qualify.

Let me just add that “innocent little 11 & 12 year old girls” are becoming a rare species. They start dating at 9 & 10. Tweens are quite sophisticated these days.

LOL....step back from your reality and look at the rest of the political world's....

Sarah without entering is getting complete attention to her message, dictates the debates and even gets to point out the other candidates weaknesses and strengths.

And you want her to announce for what? So you feel better about being completely wrong?

Bachmann is rigid, and hysterical...she just hasn’t been in situations —governor or business—where you DO make mistakes..lots of them.

Was in-state tuition on a ballot for the people of Texas to vote on?

Did you not read that the entire legislature voted FOR it? The ENTIRE legislature, don't you believe in our form of government?

You want it put on the ballot, like they do in California? I really don't think Texans want to be governed like they are in California where the people vote on almost every initiative any crank can come up with.

It's not your business unless you live in Texas. Texans decided they want to let them have access to tuition, they have to pay that tuition, it's not a freebee. I don't like it and wouldn't want it here, but TEXANS decided they wanted it because it came up twice in 10 years and passed both times.

Why do I feel that the best mans there this evening (in no particular order) Cain, Gingrich, Perry, won’t win this nominations?!

You had all of your silver amalgamate fillings removed, right? Go back and look at the history books as to causes of death 100 years ago. Mumps, measles, influenza, and the pox were major killers, especially on the young. I am glad we live in the 21st century and have vaccines so that my body can outlive my mind and I can wither away in a nursing home.

Has it escaped you that Texans took Perry's mandate through executive order and told him to stick it where the sun doesn't shine?

Has it also escaped you that Perry himself has said it was a bad mistake?

So you tell me why would you defend executive order mandates which required parents to "request an opt out from the government"?

I feel like I went to the wrong board for cripes sake.

Oh you mean like Prop 8 that passed in a blue state? I kinda like that...

Wow, is right. So for kids in Alaska that can’t afford it, it is not an option.

“She wasn’t shrill. She was tough. All you guys go to the shrill word when you don’t like the message. And Perry fumbled around and seemed confused (and frankly, stunned) by her denunciation of his executive order.”

It was stunning to see Bachmann go over-the-top and get dishonest like that. I was saddened to see that, it diminished my view of her.
