Can you take intrinsic issue with it? i.e attack it on it’s merits or demerits; i.e., what beef might you have with Cain’s plan? The guy has a low ID recognition level nationwide still (although he has the most favorable rating of all GOP candidates at present). This is basic Marketing 101, he has to repeat it everywhere until it “brands” him far and wide. This is a tactical work in progress. Get a clue please.
