Yeah,it made it so Texans didnt have to bear the brunt of the cost.

Yippie ki-yay, as they say. Nobody had to pay for it! Maybe every $300-a-dose miracle drug should be free. The world would be a better place. Or Texas, at least.

Perry negotiated a deal that he felt would be beneficial to Texans in regard to health and medical liability.

He has admitted that the EO, in hindsight was the wrong way to go about it.
