That's the majority of the CD, and Turner was crushed in that borough the last time around.

Well, about a third of Queens precincts are in, and Turner holds a slim lead ther. Brooklyn keeps coming in overwhelmingly Turner. So far, it looks like it will be a good night for Turner.
