I’ve biked on roads and paths. Sometimes it’s nice to be protected from car traffic. But if cyclists had to pay per capita use taxes these things would never be built.

What percentage of the Birkenstockers on bike paths do you think are socialist rats? 80%? 90%? Let them pay for their own recreation. As for those sound barriers - dont buy a house next to an interstate. IDIOTS.

Should bike paths even be considered by the federal government? If this isn’t a local issue and out of the purview of the federal government, what the hell is?

Apparently Dirth Harry has lived too long in his Washington DC fancy hotel apartment.

He sure hasn’t been driving around his home state of Nevada.

State highways out here are gravel & streets on the map grid are dirt.

In a part of the nation- DC- where winter can be a really pain, riding bikes isn’t high on very many lists. Besides—how long would you have your bike in a city that has sich high crime rates???
