Even in CCW friendly Colorado, this problem continues in downtown Denver for a couple reasons.

Most folks are downtown for:
Sporting events,
Dining at places serving alcohol,
or work.

Each of which constrains exercising your CCW rights.

The punks know this and take advantage.

There are at least 2 cops on every block of the 16th St. mall.

I’d like to know what they were doing as this situation escalated?

Sitting on their ass calling for back-up?

I still carry when I'm down there - rather be judged by twelve than carried by six!
