That's up to him. I'm not one who thinks CCW is a panacea for violent Black crime. They go after each other in their hoods every day and they know their adversaries are armed
They pull guns on cops regularly. If not for body armor, they'd win a lot more of those shoot outs. Are we all to go around in body armor too?
It took an awful lot of boot heel to keep the lid on Black crime prior to the 1950s, and even then it was greatly disproportionate to their population.
