“They say 10 to 15 young people — described as black or Hispanic and both male and female — attacked four white men on the 16th Street Mall at about 10:45 p.m. on Sunday.”

Why don’t they have violent flash mobs in Texas?

So far there haven’t been such attacks in Arizona which makes sense once you understand the culture here.

When you attempt to enter the state of Arizona you are stopped at the border and asked if you are carrying a firearm. If you answer no they assign one to you.

They do. One was just posted here last week from Dallas where they flash mobbed a 7-11 and dragged the clerk outside and beat him.

Colorado has "shall issue" CCW the same as Texas. It doesn't make any difference when people do not choose to carry.
