We're either a nation of laws, or we are not. Texas passed a law. You got a problem with Texas passing their own laws? Congress passed a bunch of laws that the executive branch refuses to enforce. Texas enforces their laws. If the Feds enforced their laws like Texas enforces theirs, we wouldn't have an illegal alien problem. Texas can't enforce federal immigration laws.

Texas passed a law to reward law breakers. It was wrong when the legislooters passed it, and it's wrong now. I can't help that the political class feels the need to kowtow to the illegal lobby, but I will not support it. They should be paying the same rates to go to college as any other foreigner after they get a visa to be in this country legally.
