That’s why you don’t allow yourself to be corrupted on any level in regards to your job.
Hope it was worth it.
As a supervisor in the oil patch dealing with contractors and service companies, that is one thing I entirely steered away from no matter how slight. And during a boom such crap could become rampant. But I slept good nights and never had to worry about repercussions if I ran anyone off (fired) for poor job performance.
