My friends in Texas who know Perry well ARE NOT for him! They know him too well.
He’s first and foremost A POLITICIAN!!! and when Cain was asked if he could get anywhere because he WASN’T a politician, he astutely answered, “Politicians got us where we are today. How’s that workin’ out for ya’?”
The LAST THING we need is another professional politician as POTUS....
The last President who was ran a bisiness was Carter. Think about it.b Maybe this time it’s different.
I am getting the feeling that, while Perry has apparently been successful in Texas with his policies, he is, therefore, well suited “for Texas” - but everything now indicates that his supported state policies are not well suited for United States policies in general as they apply to the mindset of Republicans as a whole.
This is a very difficult situation for Perry to be in, primarily because he cannot back off now from those positions and the record that he has been defending up through the last debate. This problem could be “terminal”, and the wound is definitely bleeding blood into the water - the question is - are there any formidable sharks in the water circling close by to ...

I am from TX and like governor Perry. Humm, wonder where your so called friends live in TX. I sure am interested. I certainly know all about him and like what I know. I voted for him in 4 elections and will again.
