Bleeding man exposed himself before fighting officer, cops say

A man accused of battery on a law-enforcement officer and indecent exposure appeared in court this morning at the Orange County Jail.
While the offenses call for bail totaling $1,600, Manuel Temich Velasquez, 22, has an immigration hold on him and will not be released unless U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement releases the hold, according to jail spokesman Allen Moore.
