It makes for an interesting legal question...is the calling for the suspension of elections, which is a calling for the suspension of the US Constitution, an act of treason, or protected political speech?

What is an example of treason, so that I may know that this is not some theoretical construct that has no specific context in the real world.

Is the governments incompetent and profligate overspending the kind of national emergency that means we no longer have rights under the Constitution?

How can this be a facetious comment from a person in such high station? Are we being conditioned? or is this a trial balloon to see if it may work?

This person should be roundly condemned.
