Wonder did Governor Perry really mean it when Sarah came down to Texas to campaign for him, that we was NOT going to run for president? Like so many say the ‘devil’ really is in the details.
How can anyone look at his debate appearances and not see that as evidence he was telling the truth about not planning to run? He got in to challenge the seemingly untouchable Romney but Perry's campaign was late to the game and he was not prepared.
It's been unclear to me, since the first debate, whether his head and heart was in it. His getting worse in the debates, not better. That isn't the usual pattern for someone who wants to win.
