Kennedy is exactly who I had in mind.....these Supremes know the very seriesness of this......and emotional decisions would make a Supreme a laughin stock for life

You have a point; however, I think Kennedy would love to be the guy that can be championed as establishing health care as a right. He’d be important historically and a legend (IN HIS OPINION.)
Kennedy has proven he has little value in the Constitution, given his hit and miss jurisprudence with respect to the Establishment and Freedom of Religion clauses. At least Souter was honest with who he was.
