Another Ronald Reagan would be difficult to find, but I do see a VERY CLOSE likeness in Herman Cain. The rest of the present candidates are no where close.

Some of my friends are talking about Newt again. The Newt who used to work with President Reagan, use to refer to President Reagan so often, and then stated over and over that the “Reagan Era” is gone and we should move on. I believe what Newt meant was we should forget the REAL CONSERVATIVE values of our Founders, and move on to being moderately conservative. That is what Newt is today. A moderate conservative, with only Herman Cain standing out as the closest to a REAL CONSERVATIVE.

Needless to say, Herman Cain has my full support!

I have not seen much of Cain, but from what I have seen there is a lot to like.

That said, I have seen more of Palin, and I like her a lot.

That said, everybody who is focusing on the Presidential race alone is missing the boat. Presidents don't make the law; they can only approve or deny something that has been put forward by Congress. The problems America faces today have been created by Congress and once they have become law, only Congress can undo what it has already done.

People need to start realizing that we must change the Congress if we are going to change the law, and in turn truly change America. We the people need 535 Ronald Reagans sitting in the halls of Congress. You don't see them running for President, and you certainly don't see them running for the Senate or the House because one Ronald Reagan sitting with 99 or 434 socialists is not going to make much of a difference. And one sitting in the Whitehouse with 535 at the other end of Pennsylvania Ave is limited as to how effective they can be, just as Reagan's effectiveness was limited.

Stay tuned and bring your friends; We are going to lay out the blue prints that will allow replacing both ends of Pennsylvania Ave in less than a decade.
