Under FEDERAL LAW, every child, legal or illegal is provided an education from K-12.

Up here in NYS, in my hometown, only 40% graduate from high school...and the "bum rate" and crime rate and drug rate grows....as does the welfare tab.

Education was their best chance...and they don't give a damn.

TEXAS has a good plan.....AND OTHER STATES HAVE THE SAME PLAN. Perry is not alone.
