What did Perry do that was “insensitive”? We know Cain was referring to Perry's use of that land which he didn't even own.

Cain’s answer was a TRUTHFUL answer...HE IS A MAN OF COLOR! You did not hear him say Rick Perry was a racist and he NEVER leveled any racist charges against him! He merely pointed out, from “his perspective,” that it is insensitive! Period!
