Not so. He created life. Not once did something appear where God said "Wow, never expected THAT!".
That’s so illogical, I don’t know where to start.
I imagine that includes all the bad things that have happened throughout history...all the Dahmers, Hitlers, 9/11s, wars, disease, disasters, murders, rapes, etc.
I bet all the innocents that have suffered from these, wished that since He knew they were going to happen, He would have prevented them.
