The clueless media continues to try and paint the dopes protesting on Wall Street as some sort of heroic pillars of society who must be glorified for their bravery. The reality is far less appealing – communist hippies who hate everything about America and want to fundamentally transform it. How is it that the Tea Parties were ruthlessly scrutinized for their signs yet no one is concerned about the dangerous clashes and confrontations these radicals are having with police?
“I obviously believe that my ideas are persuasive enough and beneficial enough to society that people should subscribe to them at the conclusions of their own and their own sense of right and wrong,” one protestor said. But when he was asked if force should or would be used against people that disagree, the young man said “I believe that it’s the role of the government to use force.”
“We’re trying to accomplish the demolition of capitalism,” another protestor said.
“I want to replace capitalism with a more just economic model,” said another.
“Haven’t New Yorkers suffered enough for Wall Street? That’s why New York was targeted on 9/11,” said another.
“Now, if you think that they are joking, if you think that ‑‑ they’re not. They’re dead serious. There are extraordinarily dangerous people within this movement,” Glenn said
“If you think this is a joke, remember that Bill Ayers is involved. And let me remind you what Bill Ayers and his group, the Weather Underground, did. This is an FBI informant from the 1980s.”
Glenn then played audio from an FBI informant who reported on the Weather Underground:
I brought up the subject of what’s going to happen after we take over the government. You know, we become responsible for administrating, you know, 250 million people. And then there’s no answers. No one had given any thought to economics, how are you going to clothe and feed these people. And when I pursued this further, they estimated that they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these reeducation centers. And when I say “eliminate,” I mean kill… 25 million people.
“They are dead serious. And they are all connected to the same lefties from the 1960s that plotted that. That is exactly the same kind of thinking with some of the most dangerous that are surrounding the Occupy Wall Street. Don’t tell me that these, some of these union 1960 thugs at the top don’t think along these same lines. Don’t tell me that somehow or another Bill Ayers has had a change of heart. The don’t tell me that. I haven’t heard it. Have you heard it?” Glenn said.
“This is exactly what I said they would do. These are exactly the people that were involved. This is Astroturf, 100% Astroturf. This is what they’ve been looking for. These are the popular uprisings. These are the things that ‑‑ this is why the left came after the Tea Party so hard. Listen how they are all embracing these popular uprisings, how they need one. I warn you, you are the counterculture now. They are not.”
Van Jones cannot destroy the TEA Party. Alinsky does not have a playbook for us. Neither does the MSM.

I never understood how, without a healthy private sector, union members and entitlement dependant geniuses figure their way of life is going to continue. If the left is supposed to have all the intellectuals, why can’t any of them think two steps ahead?

What fuels these protests is institutionalized corruption that has wiped out the middle class as all corruption does. Wiped out with the corruption are people that have lost their jobs, their homes and their dreams and are discontent.
No matter who it is that is protesting or what kind of change they want to see, what started that change was excesses. Capitalism's fatal flaw is greed and conservatism is supposed to keep that in check. Conservative principles did not win out, they have been compromised by the very party whose role is supposed to be to stand for them and provide balance.
The reaction will be something we do not want to see.
Electing a GOP president that does not understand, support or is unwilling to implement conservative principals will result in the precipice many fear is coming.
There is not much more delaying what will be the inevitable. You can see it happening with these protests, just as they have in any other countries where excesses have not been kept in check.
We were soooo warned. Nonetheless; Obama was invited in; and he brought his community organizers, union thugs; collective 'revolutionaries' and haters of 'all things American' (including Muslim jihadists-at-heart) with him.
The Treason of Obama; and that occurring at all levels of his Administration is ignored; save, by a few good men; and women.
THIS IS WHAT our Repub Leadership and Candidates should be decrying!

In the previous centuries, we looked to banks to lend us money so we could ‘do things’...ie, the universe.
