For those to whom the opportunity for schadenfreude outweighs your compassionate humanity, now is the time to kick me, and millions of other deeply trusting Americans in the nuts. We were wrong about Palin. Have your great laugh.

Who is laughing? Not me. In fact if you would kindly re-read my post to you this morning, you would find that I encouraged you to apply your obvious talents to the fight to get 0bama out of the White House. Where was the laughter? Where was the kick in the nuts? You were ready to immediately surrender last night, and you're talking about sailing off to the Caribbean and bailing out on America this morning. What kind of patriot are you anyway? If God forbid, Ronald Reagan had died in '81 after that attempted assasination, would you have bailed out when Poppy RINO took over? Don't be a quitter, find your spine man!

But make it quick. The clock is ticking, and I don't see any EMT with a defibrillator rushing in to resuscitate this gasping patient. Let your jeers and guffaws be heartfelt and deep, for soon they will ring hollow in even your own ears.

Thank God the likes of you were not part of General Washington's troops at Valley Forge. I thought you were made of sterner stuff.

The likes of me? To those who really had no investment in this leader, this is no big deal. There remain, however, tens-of-millions who are the very beating heart of The TEA Party and Conservative America who understood implicitly that this was a one-of-one, completely unique opportunity to fill stadiums with conservatives, and bring out half again as many voters as O'Bunghole ever could.

Who's going to do that now? Say what you will about "the likes of me...", just remember that I am one of twenty-to-thirty-million whom you piss on with this rancidly disparaging dismissal. Go f___ yourself.
