Whether Romney or Obozo, the nation will be severely damaged. If Obozo, the Demonrats will be permanently ruined but the GOP will, subject to its usual spinelessness, at least create an image of resisting Obozo. If Romney, the serial flip-flopper who imagines that nothing other than his portfolio is important, we conservatives will have to destroy the GOP because Mittens will support abortion, gay everything, gun control, disarmament to save money, money, money, etc. and every other evil that causes Establishment Elite RINO orgasms and leave that fatal poisoning of the party as his genuine legacy. In that event conservatives will suffer a prolonged and indeterminate period of confusion and disaster until we can build a new second party and make it a first party.

Mittens will shamelessly lie as he deems necessary to make himself "good enough" in his imagination to ride the elephant to personal power and greater wealth. He has no ambitions for the USA worthy of achievement.

If you want to apply Admiral Gorshkov's: "Better is the enemy of good enough," the attempt is a failure since it assumes that Elitist Boy Mittens, by Brainwashed out of Lenore, is good enough. He is not and never will be. Mittens should take his stock portfolio (his only real credential) and put it where the sun shineth not. Mindless materialism ignores the really important issues that Mittens and his ilk despise. BTW, Gorshkov headed the soviet navy until he was 75 in 1985. How long did the soviet union last thereafter? And, no, it was not because a waffling compromiser retired.

If the perfect is the enemy of the good (the original observation mangled by Gorshkov), then the drastically flawed Mittens is the enemy of us all.
