That was one nerve wracking game for us Tiger fans. We were shaking in our boots about Nova and he only lasted 2 innings. Verlander will be plenty fresh for the series against Texas.

I'm a Yankee fan but I admit that when the Yankees lose I tend to root for teams who haven't made or won the playoffs in awhile, except for the Red Sox. Congrats to Detroit!
