He knows he needs to ‘fix’ this if he wants to get back in the game, so thats good...

but ... THIS IS A NON-ANSWER:

— Would you support comprehensive immigration reform?

“The debate on immigration reform is meaningless until the federal government secures the border. There’s just no point in passing new immigration laws when we can’t even enforce the ones we’ve got. Once our borders are secure and we’ve fixed the problem with visa “overstays,” then we can seriously address our broken immigration system. But step one is to secure that border so we have the ability to enforce the law.”

It’s a non-answer because the open-borders folks will be - like mccain said “okay we’ll build the damned fence, now can we have amnesty?” .... which is NOT the point.
The point is that after we secure the border, THEN we follow up with E-verify AND we deport criminal aliens, and THEN we get back to ‘rule of law’ - amnesty will undemine it ALL.

... the correct answer is to have a clear 100% definitive “I will oppose amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal aliens” ...

Could you please provide the actual steps your candidate would take to deal with immigrants and undocumented workers currently residing in this area? Please include legislative steps planned, and how your candidate would handle the process.

Also, would you please provide your candidate’s proposals for finding the revenue to conduct the court cases which would come for the mass deportations and how the court cases (required as per our Constitution to provide evidence if the person went through proper channels or not) would be organized and flow, and how quickly your candidate estimates he/she could come up with the cost of all the court cases of those who are fighting in these Constitutionally-required court cases for what their actual “status” is.

Which law enforcement agencies would your candidate most depend upon in removing the illegals, and what would be their organizational set up for the law enforcement agencies they would be working with? Also, would they rely only on federal law enforcement agencies or would they include local law enforcement agencies, and if so, which ones and in what priority? Does your candidate have a plan of inter-agency cooperation for government law-enforcement work for immigration law and deportation attempts?

What legislative steps would your candidate take on the federal level to protect citizenship rights, and how would your candidate work with the House and Senate to get any legislative changes on the federal level accomplished?

If a particular state is having problems with immigration issues, how would your candidate, on a federal level, work with that state in controlling any problems that may be occurring or that may arise on a national level from what is currently being done at the state level?

Along with that... Does your candidate feel he/she, as POTUS, has a responsibility for what is done on the state levels, and if so, how would your candidate handle a situation he/she does not feel is best for the country? Are there CERTAIN issues or actions your candidate might feel it is OK to step into a state’s rights, or does he/she feel it is OK to step on anything a state does which he/she feels is inappropriate?

I would also like to ask that you provide some information as to what words of commitment your candidate has given or a public commitment on States rights as per The Constitution of The United States of America. Could you provide proof your candidate could stand by that right, or does he/she feel he/she has the moral obligation to offset that Constitutional right if something a state is doing does not set well with the other parts of the country?

One more thing would help too, I think. Could you provide a record of what your candidate has done in the areas of immigration laws and legislation and border security already so we can have a record of his or her experience and how he or she has actually acted when faced with the real-life problems that come with immigration?

Thanks in advance for giving us an idea of what your candidate has done and has shown capable of doing in the vastly connected area of homeland security, federal border control, law enforcement cooperation, and state issues!
