Oprah started becoming less appealing when she started interfering in things beyond the latest trendy cause. On televison she came off as benign, but when she started to pull stuff like trying to interfere in the election for the Olympics, that is when she started to become seen as a power hungry loon who wanted power and influence beyond her ability. The Olympics wasn’t her business and she had no excuse to shove herself around dignitaries and try ot pull off something more than just being famous.

Oprah’s day is done—getting Rosie on is a last gasp. Her plan wasn’t well thought out. Her network will fail—and she will go back to day time TV with a show that will be only a hollow shell of itself. She tied her star to Obama—a false prophet.
Glenn Beck should buy her network and run his programming there. We need a Tea Party Channel to show good Patriotic TV. In time her magazine will fold and her wealth will be gone. She will be like that movie “A face in the Crowd,” sad really.
