Romney and Perry come across as liars...used car salesmen.

Bachmann comes across as a NUT.

Santorum comes across polished and accomplished...but I do not believe the USA will elect another SoCon that is so unabashedly so.

There is one aspect of Cain's 999 plan not adequately explained?

He says it would do away with the payroll tax. If so, then does SS benefits paid out to recipients become all the same?

If yes, will it will then become regulated as just another welfare program?
