An act of terrorism on US soil, sponsored by a foreign regime, endangering American civilian lives, is an act of war.

...I may be wrong, but, even the killing of a foreign diplomat is not an act of war. Can you cite that law???

Then the US (Obama) committed an act of War against Yemen, Pakistan and every other country where drones have been utilized.
