The LRA has been supported by the Islamic government in Khartoum for decades. The Sudan and Uganda have been engaged in their own form of Cold War since the 1990’s. The LRA was one of Sudan’s proxies to attack Uganda during the time of the recent Congo Wars. The LRA is one of the worst of the worst in the worst place on Earth.
