I am hoping 999 can evolve into 14/14, or something close with a flat business and individual tax on all, do some simple deductions at the low end per dependent (no additional credits or deductions beyond a simple standard deduction per person) to help lower the burden on the lower income earners. It is a natural compromise to Cain’s plan. Ditch the sales tax portion that is a significant transition to oversee.
Amen to the revenue adjustment but we need to hear more about lawfully limiting spending to something less than revenues.
