You have just raised to possibility of using electric utilities' power grids (long distance transmission lines) along the top of the fence.

I'm not talking about 100KV (100.000 volts)...I'm talking about a million volts or more, which is commonly used in long distance transmission, before it hits the distribution (substations) part of the grid.

Now THAT would be effective.

Power companies, with Federal help, could string these lines along the top of the fence....one could also employ step-down transformers along the way to electrify the entire fence at a voltage that would just kill and not vaporize.

LOL

The highest voltage Transmission Lines in use in America (that I am aware of) are 765KV.

Where did you get the "million volts" idea, because if it were even feasible, they would be using it today.
