Disturbing images of a blood-stained and shaken Moammar Gadhafi being jostled by angry fighters quickly circulated around the world after the Libyan dictator's dramatic death near his home town of Sirte.

The exact circumstances of his demise are still unclear with conflicting accounts of his death circulating. But the footage, possibly of the last chaotic moments of Gadhafi's life, offered some clues into what happened.
Gadhafi was still alive when he was captured near Sirte. In the video, filmed by a bystander in the crowd and later aired on television around the world, Gadhafi is shown being dragged off a vehicle's bonnet and pulled to the ground by his hair.
"Keep him alive, keep him alive!" someone shouts. Gunshots then ring out. The camera veers off.
"They captured him alive and while he was being taken away, they beat him and then they killed him," one senior source in Libya's ruling National Transitional Council told Reuters. "He might have been resisting."

Didn’t Hillary suggest that the best thing was for Gadhafi shouldn’t survive? He killed so many It was a forgone conclusion he would die quickly.
Watched the video of Gadfafi’s death on Al Jazeera. I wonder what it feels like to be hated that much.
dead men tell no tales. These European nations supporting the rebels have had long, deep and cozy relationships with the deceased - probably some were illegal at several levels. They want him quiet - it seems he is!

I agree with you, but I also know that hate will blind one of seeing Justice served. I would have rather seen Gadhafi tried, and then justly hung.

Methinks there was no doubt as to who the defendant was, what the charges were, and what the sentence should be.
Dealings with Gadhafi penetrate deep in our Government as well.

I think it is absolutely depraved. Shows what devils the rebels are. Similar to the Bolsheviks.
I am confused.
From the reports I heard when I woke up this morning (early morning, US time) was that predator drones, from Obumbo, killed him.
Now, I hear that rebels killed him in a drain pipe and that we had nothing to do with it.
The MSM, no doubt wants to give as much credit to Obumbo as they can.
