Perhaps See No Evil in which he is interrupted pursuing the perp in the 1983 Beirut Embassy bombing when Clinton's Tony Lake sends the FBI to arrest him for plotting the assassination of Saddam Hussein. Clinton who labored for a Peace Prize and gave birth to Arafat's Intifada.
