This is how he said it, not all split up.

And he is EXACTLY correct. That is the Dick Durban pro life view. Cain & Durban see eye to eye on this issue.

Even if the Pope was elected president, he can not single handedly stop every abortion. In our system, it will require a ruling by SCOTUS, and the 9 justices do not change often. What I want to see in the candidate I support is that he/she appoints pro-life judges and non-activist judges. That is one path to stopping abortions. The other is changing constitution.

I have seen nothing in Cain, Bachmann, Santorum which would lead me to believe they would appoint pro-abortion judges. So, who ever Perry was taking pot shots at, it has zero practical effect.
