According to officers on the ground, the Iraqis lack the logistics systems and training necessary to maintain most of the gear our troops will not bring home.As much as I agree with Oliver North, my question is: How much more time do the iraqis need to train? If they haven't gotten it by now, we might need to try a different tactic.
