It may never happen— but in order to have a truly honest test of teams, it would have to be on a neutral field.

At the very least, the method where the All-Star game determines home-field advantage has to go. I favor that being awarded to the team with the best record. The National League rules were a decisive factor in the fifth inning of game 6.
