Ingraham: Occupy Politico on behalf of Cain
The Washington Examiner ^ | October 31, 2011 | Joel Gehrke Commentary Staff Writer

Posted on 10/31/2011 12:57:56 PM PDT by Southnsoul

Prompted by a caller, one popular radio host is calling for a protest of Politico, the Beltway newspaper that reported that Herman Cain, Republican presidential candidate, was accused of sexual harassment in the late 1990s.

Natalie, whose comments received "Call of the Day" status from the Laura Ingraham Show, suggested that Ingraham call for a protest of Politico. "You could rouse everyone up to set up pickets outside the news station, saying, 'we want to hear the sources, come out, speak, be identified' and literally try to shame these people and stand up for Herman Cain," she told Ingraham. "We need to stand up behind this citizen candidate."

"You're saying Occupy Politico," Ingraham responded, "They're occupying Wall Street, we need [an] occupypolitico.com. I got [it]." She then criticized the people involved in the story for "destroying a good man's reputation," referring to the anonymous sources as "Herman's hermits."

Cain has denied the allegations. “I have never sexually harassed anyone," he said today. He did acknowledge that the accusations were made, saying "it was concluded after a thorough investigation that it had no basis."

I don’t think there was an “Occupy” meme back then.

I’m sorry I missed the time she defended Palin like this.

Maybe, in her opinion, Palin was never really a GOP candidate and she thinks Cain is.

Oh, that's right. That's a fact, not an opinion.

It wasn't all that long ago. The Joe McGinnis book came out last summer.

“The biggest untold story of the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election... Finally, the no-holds-barred, 100% true story of Barack Obama’s use and sale of cocaine; his homosexual affairs and the December 23, 2007 murder of Barack Obama’s former lover and choir director of Obama’s Chicago church of 20 years, Donald Young, just days before the 2008 Iowa Caucus. This searing candid story begins with Barack Obama meeting Larry Sinclair in November, 1999, and subsequently procuring and selling cocaine, and then engaging in consensual, homosexual sex with Sinclair on November 6th and again on November 7, 1999. You’ll read in riveting detail how Sinclair, in 2007, repeatedly contacted and requested that the Obama campaign simply come clean about their candidate’s 1999 drug use and sales. You learn how the Obama campaign, David Axelrod and Barack Obama used Donald Young (the homosexual lover of Barack Obama) to contact and seek out information from Sinclair about who he had told of Obama’s crimes and actions. more.... “

But it was before the Occupy meme. Laura was running with the Occupy meme.

LOL. Countless times I defended Palin’s “strategic retreat” from Governor and the certain death by a thousand cuts of ethics lawsuits. It made sense to me.

After her not-so-running thing of late, I’m starting to sour on her sticktuitiveness.

Excellent idea to Occupy Politico. Their action has firmed up my support for Herman Cain.
