If you think you can get away with committing crimes in his county then go for it.

What’s silly is that the biggest crook in our lifetime is sitting in the Whitehouse destroying the USA and you are worried about what one sheriff in one county might do to unmask him.

You are a stuffy dry cod is you think this is silly. It is merely a gambit in the game. Don’t be so uptight about how and by whom the game is played.

The game really has no rules and any one can play. Generally, only those with stature have a chance at making points. The sheriff was made a player by the presidents crude attempts to override his local power.

Since he is a player, the sheriff is free to make any moves he chooses to score points. It is fun. It is potentially historical. It is a pleasant diversion and lesson in the use and application of political power.

Go Sheriff Joe!!

The Constitution is not silly. Fraud is not silly. The birth certificate/social security number/identity issue is not silly. It is fundamental.

"This shi* is silly."

Your right this shi* really is silly. In fact, it's down right astounding any conservative...heck, any supporter/upholder of the Constitution doesn't think what's in the white house (both the usurper and the "document" he released) is categorically absurd. I mean, who's buying this thing? Seriously?

And, of course, this doesn't even touch on the issue of how in the world someone born with foreign citizenship (& thus allegiance owed to a foreign country) could possibly be considered a "natural born Citizen" and therefore Constitutionally eligible to be the Commander in Chief of the military.
