Any politician seeking conservative votes better be willing to listen to constituents and follow the law and evidence.

That eliminates Ricky La Raza as he's of the opinion it doesn't matter.

Quite frankly, I do not care who it (this approach) eliminates.

Imagine a politician standing in front of an audience saying:

I want your vote...but I don’t care how many of you think eligibility is an issue. The law in this matter is old and vague with regard to the Kenyan parent. The assertions of LFBC forgery are unproven in court.

So, stop presenting me with an issue that washington power-players and the press can tarnish me with. I will not pursue this issue.

Thank you and don’t forget to vote on Tuesday.

If they aren’t active in pursuing the issue - they might as well be giving this speech to conservatives that think this issue is unsettled, which is a majority of conservatives.
